Tom, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a founding partner of Shanahan Kinirons & Co. Tom has extensive experience in the provision of Audit, Accountancy, Company Incorporation, Taxation Advice, Management Consultancy and advice in relation to Property Transactions.

Pat Fitzpatrick BBS ACA

Pat, from Clare, is a Waterford IT graduate of Business Studies (Honours) and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Pat is responsible for a portfolio of business clients including companies, sole traders, individuals and partnerships in a range of industry sectors. His core areas are Auditing, Accounting, Business Taxation, Personal Taxation, Business Start Up and Company Secretarial.

Having joined the practice in 1997 as a trainee and having successfully completed his Institute of Chartered Accountants exams in 1999, he was appointed manager in the practice in 2002 and became a partner in April 2006.

Colin Marsden FCA

Colin is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having qualified with Pricewaterhouse in Limerick. He has considerable experience in audit and general practice, having operated a sole practitioner firm providing services to a range of clients including legal firms and a locally based semi-State company.

Con Shanahan B.Comm, A.I.T.I, FCA

Con, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. He has extensive experience in professional practice. Con retired as a partner in December 2006 and is now a consultant to the practice.
